Find the best of the best consultants

About Us

PARCS is a national association of real estate consultants who are the most elite and experienced of all real estate licensed professionals in the country.

Who are the real estate consultants in the Philippines? Real Estate Consultants are licensed professionals regulated by the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) through the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES). To qualify for the board exam of this profession, one must first have at least 10 years experience as a licensed real estate broker or at least 5 years as a licensed real estate appraiser. He/she must also submit a project feasibility study and defend it during a revalida with the PRBRES Board. Because of these extensive and rigorous requirements, RECs are considered as the industry experts in real estate project planning, conceptualization, development, portfolio management and asset optimization.
